2. Website principle

This information website does not use user accounts. Fonts and images are stored locally on the same server. Interactive calculations are performed in the browser and the values entered there are not transmitted to us or third parties. All technically necessary functions remain available without analytics consent. Your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser for 180 days so that the website does not ask again on every visit.

3. Google Analytics 4 – consent only

After your voluntary consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). The measurement ID for this website is G-08RSF6VS27. The purpose is to evaluate website reach, viewed pages, technical device and browser characteristics and an approximate access region. Our implementation does not transmit enquiry or application form content, names, email addresses, uploaded documents or URL query parameters to Google Analytics.

We use the privacy-focused basic consent mode. Before you consent, the Google script is not loaded and no connection is made to Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. Only after consent may the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<container-id> be set. Their lifetime is technically limited to a maximum of 390 days; browsers may shorten it further. Google signals, personalised advertising and advertising storage are disabled in the website configuration.

The legal bases are your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored on or read from your device, section 25(1) TDDDG. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the “Privacy settings” button at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal applies for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing. On withdrawal, the website attempts to remove existing Analytics cookies.

Google may process data outside the European Union. Further details about recipients, safeguards and privacy terms are available in Google’s privacy policy. Retention of event and user data in the Analytics property is limited to no more than 14 months. Internal traffic is excluded from measurement, and data-sharing options that are not required are disabled.

4. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in German data centres. The host processes technical access data such as IP address, date, requested file, referrer and browser type to ensure secure and reliable operation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data-processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place.

5. Contact form and email

Form entries are processed on the hosting server and forwarded by email to our internal mailbox. No enquiry database is used. Required information is processed to answer the enquiry and take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Enquiries without a subsequent business relationship are deleted no later than twelve months after final handling. Statutory business-record retention duties remain unaffected.

6. Applications for independent partnerships

The application form processes the contact, professional and regional information you provide, your message, an optional profile link and a voluntarily uploaded PDF to assess a potential independent business collaboration and communicate with you before a contract is concluded. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where the enquiry is not directly aimed at a contract, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in selecting suitable business partners.

The required checkbox only confirms that you have acknowledged this privacy policy; it is not a separate consent. A voluntarily uploaded PDF is checked on the server for file type and size, transferred only as an email attachment to the internal recipient mailbox and is not stored permanently in a candidate database or public web space. Please do not upload identity, banking, health or other information that is not required for assessing the partnership.

Every application is reviewed personally. No exclusively automated selection decision or profiling takes place. If no collaboration is established, application documents are normally deleted no later than six months after the selection process is completed, unless longer retention is required to preserve legitimate evidence interests. Where a collaboration is established, the required data is transferred to the business and contractual records; statutory retention duties remain unaffected.

7. Protection against automated misuse

For rate limiting, the IP address is temporarily processed in hashed form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security and availability of the form under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical rate-limit files are automatically deleted after no more than one hour. A browser timestamp may be checked when available; the form remains usable without JavaScript and no successful submission is shown unless the email dispatch is attempted successfully.

8. Data recipients

Enquiry and application data is not disclosed to independent third parties unless required for the requested service or by law. Hosting and email providers may act as processors under Article 28 GDPR. Google receives analytics data only after your consent and only to the extent described in section 3.

9. Encryption

The website is delivered via TLS/SSL encryption.

10. Automated decision-making

No automated decision-making or profiling under Article 22 GDPR takes place.

11. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

12. Supervisory authority
