Measurement definition: “approximately two minutes”

The measured period runs from the start of the vehicle-document scan to the prepared Repair Cost Coverage Confirmation (RKÜ), provided that the document is fully legible and the required customer data is available.

Transmission, customer queries, external processing time and later amendments are excluded. The figure describes a standardised application test, not a guarantee for every individual case.

What the portal does

01

Vehicle-document OCR

Scan the German vehicle registration document and transfer relevant vehicle data into the digital claim file.

02

RKÜ in approximately two minutes

Use the captured case data to prepare the Repair Cost Coverage Confirmation efficiently. Actual completion time depends on input completeness and the case.

03

Digital customer signature

Send a secure signing link with timestamp and audit trail via RCS where supported, or alternatively by SMS or email.

04

Lawyer and assessor assignment

With the customer’s documented instruction, assign a motor claims lawyer and automotive damage assessor directly from the case file.

05

Replacement mobility

Commission an accident replacement vehicle and record provider and status in the case.

06

Body, paint and towing providers

Commission body and paint or towing and recovery services where required and keep the handover traceable.

07

Evidence and communication

Store photographs, approvals, assessments, supplements, signatures and correspondence against one unique case ID.

08

Operational status

Show missing information, open tasks, partner status and the next responsible role throughout the case.
